Return And Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an Order

You can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it with no charge, as long as the package has not already been sent to you. In case any special modifications were made to your products by your request or you have made a special order – your order can not be canceled and you cannot return the goods. In case of a product that requires assembly (e.g. Microscope, Chairs) - you may return the product as long as you have not installed or assemble it and it is still in its original package.

You may return your goods only after receiving them, and within 7 days of their arrival to your custody. Custody will be considered delivery of the goods to your address (in case of door-to-door delivery) or releasing them by your power of attorney from customs (in case of CIF delivery) We will bear all shipping costs back to us as long as you follow our instructions regarding how to return the goods. Returning goods should be in new condition, unused, uninstalled and unassembled, with their original packages. In case your goods were held in customs for more than 18 days not due to any fault of All 2 MD, we will not be able to provide free shipment for any cancellation and there will be a restocking fee of 25%.

Cancellation and Return of Goods in Case of Order Cancellation

In case you would like to cancel your order as stated above, please contact us and provide the following details: Part Number, Serial Number, order number and any other information requested by us to An RGA number will be provided. Pick up of the goods will be from the original drop destination or from another location approved by us in advance. We will provide the shipping method and details as soon as possible.


Refund will be made after the goods arrive at our custody, checked to be in new, working condition, unused and with original package provided. Refund will be made in the same payment method used to pay for your purchase and within 7 days from our approval of your eligibility for refund.

Return Procedure in Case of Repair or Warranty

In order to activate your warranty, contact us at and provide the following details: Part Number, Serial Number, Order and Invoice Number and any other information requested by us. An RGA number will be provided and we will let you know where to ship the equipment. Shipping to us and back to you will be on your expense and in your chosen method. If found to be under warranty – shipping back will be on our expense and in a method chosen by us. We will receive the damaged equipment, check it and inform you as soon as possible in a detailed report what are our findings regarding your equipment, the estimated costs and whether they are covered by our warranty.
